I just updated our wireless router to the new Fios 1GB. the Fios TV app on my wife's phone keeps giving the error code 9-6-25-653-015 with the new router!
Does anyone know how to fix this? it worked all day and now it doesn't
Any help would be greatly appreciated

I would start by unplugging power to the router for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. Then go to the settings on her phone to the Fios app and delete the cache and data for the app. Try connecting with the app again.

I just noticed that the app works on my lg phone. The problem is only with the IPad

This happens every time they issue an Apple update. We are now on 14.6

I believe he has nailed the issue. Verizon seems to be having trouble with the latest Apple updates.

Yes, contact Apple and tell them to stop breaking functionality of peoples apps with their updates!
