let's say at home i'm in my study working and the game is on

right now, i have to go to a room where i have fios tv

is there a way i can watch fios tv online?

live tv - not streaming

You can log in to your FIOS account and watch some channels.

Not sure what you mean by not streaming.

If you mean not Neflix, HULU, etc yes, this will do it.

But it is via the Internet on your web browser.
