All of my stations are now experiencing "black screen" video and audio drop out at irregular intervals. When I replay the show, there is no drop out. When I watch Prime Video, I experience no drop out.
What is causing this and how can I fix it? When it happens I see the following in the upper left hand corner of the black screen:
HDMA/DVI No Time Information
Does it happen on all TVs?
if not, have you tried swapping boxes around?
Have you tried rebooting box?
checked the tightness of all connections from ont to stb?
