While I appreciate the gesture by Verizon to provide me with free HBO for a few months, the notication letter from John Kimmel, Executive Director, Customer Relations, Marketing, tells me to go to channel 865 (365 in SD) to enjoy HBO. The problem is that channel 865 is for Showtime. HBO begins at channel 902. Ooops!

To be 100%, HBO starts at 899.
Problem is HBO is still unable to be viewed. States not subscribed. What next?
I also received the notification for free HBO, but when I go to 899 or 400 I am not subscribed. Is there a certain date this is going to be implemented?
