If you are talking about the TV listings, the What's Hot list is now available by pressing Right Arrow, Down Arrow, Right Arrow while watching TV.

If you are talking about the On Demand listings, the What's Hot list is available by pressing the On Demand button, then the Down Arrow.

What you posted  just shows all channels; what we are referring to is the Widget that showed What's Hot on Fios Tonight, etc.

I just posted a new Post regarding this widget; we had it for a long time and all of a sudden it disappeared.

I posted that they Bring this Widget Back!

It is a valuable Widget.  I live in New Jersey.
