Fios on a firestick

I have my office tv, which is not a smart tv, hooked up to a firestick.  Can I run Fios thru the firestick?

I saw threads about putting the app on the Firestick. It's nothing that is supported by Verizon. You have to "jailbreak" the Firestick so you can download the app.
