Fios on demand problem

Just ordered "Blade Runner" to watch on demand....started watching to find it in split screen mode - which means I somehow have the 3D version - but I don't have a 3D TV.

How do I get a refund for this? Still on hold for 37 minutes while I type. I ordered the regular HD version - it doesn't say 3D anywhere on the screen, and I even took a picture of the TV to prove it. All I wanted was to take some quiet time to watch, and it will be bedtime before someone answers the phone!
