Fios remote mobile app on android login issue

Hi

I am trying to use FiOS remote mobile app. I am unable to install it. When i go through the setup, i get t the screen where it asks me to enter my name and last 4 digits of my phone number. I have tried with 2 different phones but i keep getting the response "Last 4 digits of your mobile number did not match with digits you entered".

You would think someone smart at Verizon would answer this question BUT I guess thats why it wasn't answered.

Here is what you need to do. Open your Verizon Widgets  on your tv,  go to the Mobile Remote, Enter your Phone Number and then it will let you enter your number on the phone and ocntinue the setup...
