Fios test drive won't provide results

We moved to a new residence in September and were moved to the Fios Test drive.  The website continuously fails, the help chat continuously says "no agent available, try again later" and I can not alter anything with our service plan.  I have tried chrome, firefox, edge browsers on two computers and gotten the same results.  How do I alter my plans if all of the systems to do so, do not work?
