This forums deliberately obscures the desires of the customer.  If you notice the preferred items you see on opening the forum are from Verizon employees.  If you post on a significantly trending topic it is relegated to the..find it if you can section..it deliberately reduces the abilty for Verizon customers to unite on an issue or develop any momentum on a topic...Some topics that have significant interest from Verizon customers have been devided and pushed to the edge of the forum so that the true significance of the group of customers are diminished......
