I didn't notice any bugs on the VMS on my end until today. I set the guide to "subscribed channels" and noticed that a bunch of channels I am subscribed to are missing while some I don't have are there. I did the typical trouble shooting. Box reset, in home agent, etc. with no fix.
All channels shows everything and the channels I'm subscribed to do work, but the subscribed channel option is flawed. Never had this issue on the old boxes.
Is anyone else having this issue on their end? I'm trying to figure out if it is in fact a bug or an isolated issue on my end that needs a call to Verizon.
Haven't heard anyone else mention this issue.
