Fox News channel is stuck one hour behind

On one of our main dvr boxes Fox News is an hour behind.  It shows correctly on all other boxes.  I've hit FF, turned it off/on but it is still an hour behind.  Other channels on this box are fine.

Any ideas?

Thank you

What model box?

Does the  box show the right time?

If not, try the fix stb feature under support menu.

Thank you for the reply.

I'll have to check what box it is when I get home.

The box does show the correct time.  All other channels are on the correct time.  It's only this one channel that is behind an hour.

Try powering the box off (ie pull the plug) and on.

Tunring the box off and on does pretty much nothing other than turning off the output.

Was there a solution other than powering off the STB? This has happened to me a few times now with NBC on my living room DVR.

Every channel on my TV with the DVR connected to it was an hour behind.  I unplugged the dvr for about 2 minutes, plugged it back in and all programs corresponded to the correct time.

I would like to hear from Verizon what caused this problem.
