Free Preview - Starz and Encore 6-5-09 to 6-7-09 NOT AVAILABLE

Starz and Encore were supposed to be available this weekend for Free Preview, but I just get a screen that says that I'm not subscribed to it.  Other people around the nation are reporting the samething, but there are some in Texas who say that they can see it.

I tried contacting a Verizon rep who said that the problem is with Starz, so I went to Starz's webpage but I couldn't find any contact info.  Does anyone know why we are not getting Free Preview and if anything is going to be done about it.  I was really looking forward to it.

Note:  And yes, I'm aware that we can get the free movie package for two months.

PS HBO and Cinemax should be available next week for free preview.
