Free MLB Extra Innings March 31 to April 10
So we get a fee preview of EPIX this weekend, but the remote DVR programming doesn't know about it so I can't schedule anything remotely on this channel - also VOD is not available to non-subscribers.
I went to schedule a couple of movies from the online site and get this error message:
It would be nice if during free views that VOD and remote programming capability were also enabled.
If you agree please GO HERE and vote for this idea.
CORRECTION - VOD is available this time - it wasn't the last time the channel was open.
Thanks to film11 for correcting me.
I don't know about remote, but the EPIX VOD has beens open via my set (VHO7)

The screenshot I posted for remote scheduling is from this morning at 10:38 AM EST. I'll admit the VOD comment is based on the previous freeview for EPIX and I haven't tried it this time - just assumed (I know ) that was still true. Will try tonight and update my post if it is in error.
Bummer. They cropped IRON MAN II. And I was THIS close to subscribing. Too bad (although I'm sure they don't need my money.) They are running ads saying "The movies you love never change"...well they do on EPIX!
