I was offered a free movie and the instructions said it would be added to my bill then credited back. Upon checking my bill the movie is there, but with no credit given. I was apprehensive about doing this is the first place and will know better the next time! Does Verizon not have an email support? All I find is their stupid auto support. How can a company this big not have a better support system in place?
