I ordered Showtime and Starz for my first Free Preview ever, I was not unable to watch any channels, but the clock keep going, now the 48 hours are over. On the phone for two hours on Friday,  a repair ticket was open and It was going to be fixed yesterday before 9 pm, still waiting. What a nightmare, unbelievable
