COOL! But I think I will keep my name off of that marketing list. But thanks for the heads up.
I will be sure to check them out if they are on. Truly nice of you to let everyone know. Kudos for you.
Nice link also. I will need to bookmark it.
A slightly better bookmark: http://www.freepreview.tv/tag/verizon-fios. Just ensures you see only entries that apply to FiOS. Here is the current entry:
What I usually do, since I do not normally use a second Favorites list, is to create a second list with only the free preview channels in it. It is easy to switch from using Favorites 1 to Favorites 2 by pressing the Favorites button on the remote. Then when the free preview is over it is only a couple of simple clicks to remove the entire list at once instead of deleting each entry.

We got an email from VZ about a free Showtime on demand preview from
December 26th to January 13th, but it ain't working....yet?
I can't get it either.
There's also a discussion here:
One person was told that it's only for Showtime subscribers!
------------------------------------------------
Justin - That does sound like a good way to use Favorites. I can't do it, because I use Favorites 1 for stations I actually watch and Favorites 2 for stations I might possibly watch (thus skipping the seemingly thousands of stations I would never, ever watch).
-------------------------------------------------
For those of you who do choose to receive email reminders, I should add that at first I subscribed to announcements about only Verizon previews, but I found that I wasn't receiving all of them. That's why I now get messages about all stations. An added benefit is that I can pass on the info to friends who use other providers.
I like to find out about the previews as early as possible to give me time to go through the programs to find things to record.
(I found out about the freepreview website from Hubrisnxs in a discussion here:
http://forums.verizon.com/t5/FiOS-TV-Technical-Assistance/Free-Movie-Ch/m-p/430569#M34709 .)
@ Justin & AnnJ
Thank you both for those preview links. I use to get free preview notices directly on my "paper" bill. I would always mark the dates on my wall calander. I then noticed that I hadn't gotten any notices on my bill for quite a few months.
I now see from your links, I missed quite a few free previews.
I now have Justin's link bookmarked.
These previews were also announced in the Verizon Spotlight magazine that came last week. The magazine is on line at http://www.verizonspotlight.com.
They also say that you can download a free "Verizon Spotlight Magazine App" at the Apple Store.
No free epix on fios 395 or 895 in my area....able to get epix2....what's up with that?

Got both channels here in North Texas. What is your "area"? City, state, VHO, what? If you will always provide some info on where you are located, it is easier to determine if it is a local or national issue (you can put the information in your profile here and then it will show under your username on every post you make).
