Game of Thrones Season 2, ep 4 --WHY only avail in HD on demand????

Can anybody help?

We missed watching Ep 4 (Garden of Bones), and when we search for it on On Demand, it is only available in HD.  Since we do not have an HD box, we cannot watch it.

I would prefer (and don't think I should have to) not to watch it on my laptop. 

Realize most will just tell us to get an HD box, but come on -- we pay for HBO, namely to watch Game of Thrones, we should be able to watch it now on our TV.

It just doesn't make sense, the 1st three episodes of S2 are available in non-HD format.

Getting seriously {word filter avoidance} about this.

Sorry for the troubles you are having trying to watch the standard definition episode. Now that its 2 days since your post is it there now? If not, please let me know so we can look into this further.
