Get rid of WHDH (7) Boston?

I know FIOS needs to broadcast local network feeds HOWEVER WHDH 7 Boston overdoing with their newsfeeds. They routinely extend their 12N (1 hour news) for more than 90 minutes and sometimes to 2 hours. During a snowstorm or rain storm they overload with near 24 hour news.  

We purchase FIOS for one reason, entertainment!  Yes I do watch news but this channel is out of control!

Can you add an NBC national feed? or other venue feed NYC or LA?  It seems that there are many options for program sources but we are being held captive by this NBC local station with their overbearing news team.

For the broadcast netowrks, they can only show the local channels.

You should contact your local station to register your complaints about content.

Maybe if they have a sub-channel they can or have moved entertainment there.

I know the local NBC affiliate does that at times in my area.
