Getting error message on Box. How do I get a new box

The box on top of my TV is giving me an error message.  I've checked all the wiring and it looks OK. How do I get a new box?

Whats the error message and does it come on all the time? Have you tried unplugging the power cord from the box, wait 3 minutes and plug it back in. Also do the same with your router.
