I've been getting emails about the new guide from Verizon, telling me the New Guide is coming soon.  Includes tips on how to navigate, customize and other features. 

I hear that Nyack NY is first, since the Verizon CEO lives there.

Nope.

It was scheduled for all of those serviced out of Queens, which included Westchesters/Rockland yesterday.  But they ran into some unrelated problem with unscheduled maintenance needed to some of the servers.  So now it is postponed.  Probably will occur the day before Thanksgiving.
