Guide Not Matching, Widget Issues, Bad Picture

There are channels on the guide that do not match what is playing where it is impossible to tape things off of them. Channels 477, 1507 do not match what the guide has listed and channels 1509, 1548, 1781 there are general viewing messages on the guide with no breakdown of the shows that are on those channels. 462, 477 have no logos and the logo that is on channel 465 is the logo of channel 462. There are movies listed that do not match what is there. "Last man standing" is a movie with bruce willis not jeff wincott that will be on again on june 12 at 9:25am. "Sin" with gary oldman is a movie that when it is on the guide has a blank space where it will be on again on june 14 at 4:40am. "Amazing grace" is a movie that is listed as being on bounce tv which is a channel that is like BET where what that channel 476 has listed is a british movie on june 11 at 8am. Cnn does not match in the mornings on tuesdays and cnn headline news does not match in the mornings on sundays. Abc news now channel 108 is often wrong from the afternoon into the evening throughout the week. Telehit channel 1662 has a bunch of concerts every night and there are a whole bunch of them on the weekends that are not listed. Ritmoson channel 1664 is missing a lot of concerts too that are not listed there. Encore espanol channel 363 should always have an all spanish audio to match a channel that has the names of movies and their descriptions that are always in spanish on the guide. Blackbelt tv channel 319 continues to have a schedule that is only good until sunday and cnn espanol channel 1540 is still missing its 11am weekday show. Channel 1583 has paid programming on but the guide indicates that shows should be there at 8am, 10am and it is often wrong on the weekends too. Dominicana tv channel 1506 is wrong in the morning and at night too. The tmz widget has not updated in a month where i am well aware of the legal action that exists against verizon so if you are not going to fix it like the ap widget was never fixed where it was then pulled you should just pull the tmz widget out of rotation. Channel 466 mega tv continues to have a bad feed where there is a shaky camera look to it where it pixilates when you first go there and when you fast foward a taped show it skips over entire segments of the program.

Are you people at verizon on vacation or are you all on strike already? Not only are the things that i mentioned still an issue but you now have movie channels that are being affected too. Channel 356 encore suspense and 357 encore suspense west is either at least an hour off or the enitre schedule that you are running for that channel is wrong too. Right now on the guide the wes craven directed slasher movie "scream" with neve campbell is listed on the guide on channel 356 but what is really playing is "goodfellas" with robert de niro. The same goes for channel 357 too where that is either an hour off or it is entirely wrong. How do you expect people to set up anything to tape off of the guide when you have so much of it that is wrong? I mentioned that supercanal channel 1507 is still wrong where it is off by an hour along with channel 477 where nothing matches on there either plus abc news now channel 108 as you can see nothing matches what the guide is indicating should be there. Now i know that this is peer to peer but no peer can assist me and other people who have these problems where i know for a fact that you can correct these things as i have spoken to many of you who have gotten these problems fixed in the past. These issues will not go away on their own so if you are not willing to correct them then you will be only hurting yourselves in the process. All of the other things that i mentioned in my previous post are still wrong too if you or someone else were to actually take a look at the guide.

Wow. It seems as if a lot things are wrong with your encore movie package as encore drama is also wrong too. The guide has "the social network" listed on channel 358 encore drama as something that should be on now but what is really playing is "second hand lions". Channel 357 encore suspense west has "the serpent and the rainbow" listed on the guide but what is really playing on the channel is "scream". Gooofellas is nearing its conclusion but the guide claims that it will be on for another hour and a half.

More channels now have emerged as being completely wrong and yet verizon makes no effort to correct them. For the record channels 477, 1507, along with the encore movie channels 356, 357, 358, 359 things do not match as all of these channels that i mentioned are off by an hour with the exception of channel 477 where nothing matches at all no matter how you try to adjust it. Not addressing these things and leaving it up to the customers to do the jobs of verizon's employees for them where customers have to contact channels or your guide provider is not the way to go about doing things. I know you're reading this but the bigger question is why is no one doing anything about it? All of the verizon employees who could correct these problems but choose not to do so are all in the same building where all it takes is an email with the specifics of what has been brought to your attention to get the ball rolling to try to fix these problems. To leave it up to verizon customers to do the jobs of verizon employees is outrageous and preposterous where i highly doubt that the competition does the same thing. The techs who could correct these problems are only an email away so please seek to correct these problems asap.
