Sooo happy! The reverting back to all channels has been bugging me forever. Thanks for the tip! Now I only see subscribed channels...each and every time I turn on my tv.
I have my guide set to subscribed mode, it filtered out some channels but many channles still show up. When I posted this issue here, they told me to use the contact info at the bottom of the forum to call, which I did. Verizon told me to post here (which is odd because this is only a peer to peer as well as a circular reference). I called back but there was a very long wait so I left a call back. That was a week ago, I still havent heard anything. Does anyone know when verizon is going to respond to this issue? As well as why their callback system doesnt work?
