Guide doesn’t work

The guide doesn’t work. It says no program name. It’s only on 1 box. Suggestions?

Could be the box or cabling if only on one box. Try taking a good box from another room and see if it works there. If it does then that box is bad. If the good box also doesn’t work then it is probably cabling.

I unplugged it for 10 min and it worked when I plugged it back in. Thx for replying!
