Is there an update as to when FiOS will include H2 in their package? All other major providers include it and I feel left out. History just isn't cutting it anymore with all their reality content.
I agree! I'm DYING for this channel in hD.

It is really PATHETIC that Verizon is the ONLY and I do mean ONLY major carrier that does not offer H2 in HD. But hey they are also the ONLY carrier on the planet that offers those god awful, totally unwatchable .tv channels.
PATHETIC.
I agree, I missed looking to see H2 was in HD, I would have went with Comcast if I had seen it was not offered in HD
AGREE!!!! H2 in HD PLEASE!!!!

Yeah, when I re-upped I was told that there were a "slew" of new HD channels in the works. Of course Verizon can't guarantee anything so I wasn't promised that it would be added but I've had FIOS for 4 years now and the patience is worn out........I'll be waiting until my current contract is up and making the switch to Comcast.
As much as I like FIOS they are loaded with HD for premium channels but have skimped out on channels like H2, HLN and so on. It's a shame as the service is great.

I'm sorry, but it really makes me laugh everytime someone thumps their chest about comcast being better. I absolutely agree H2 HD is a must carry and the fact Verizon does not carry it is ridiculous. As a former Comcast customer I would rather sell all my tv's and go live in a cave before I ever switch back. Even if you do not count the useless .tv channels and all the spanish channels Verizon still has more HD channels than Comcast does.

Well, I''m happy that I was able to provide a laugh for you.
I am a former Comcast customer so I am fully aware of their faults. Yes, Verizon does have more HD channels than Comcast does but where Verizon trumps Comcast in this regard is HD premium channles. Now, is having a healthy supply of HD premium channels bad.....of course not. However, if you want the experience that HD advantage you have to shell out big $$. I've been a loyal Verizon customer for over 4 years and the fact that Verizon still doesn't have channels like HLN or H2 in HD while every other local cable provider and satellite provider does is absurd.
Again, I'm not holding up Comcast as a great company to deal with but Verizon is dropping the ball in a big way when it comes to HD additions and merely counting the overall number of HD offering is meaningless.......Verizon also offers more channels than Comcast does but I would imagine that a good number of those are channels that practically nobody watches.
I really hope things change before my contract ends.
what is taking so long? any official response? lets finally get H2 HD CHANNEL!
