HBO Go Trouble

Can anyone help me out...I am trying to watch Boardwalk Empire on HBO go, btu everytime I go to the site it asks me to register. I follow all the steps and got a confirmation e-mail, but still unable to view anything on the site. Any suggesitons or help would be greatly appreciated.

go to www.myverizon.com   sign in there - if you see the bill  then you are using the right username to watch the hbo go.    if it doesn't show you the bill and makes reference to you using your .net email account, then you might be using the wrong username, and you will want to sign out and do a forgot password (there is a user ID check thing)   and you'll probably want a copy of your bill handy as it will ask you for account information.     OR open a live chat using the link at the bottom under contact us

i have had many issues thru this and got it to sign in now. i find i need to sign in through the verizon page first and then it allows me to log in thru the hbo go page
