HD NET Movies Is Wrong Again

Specialist - Level 1

HD Net movies channel 746 has a free preview of a movie that will be released in theaters this weekend that is currently available on demand that will run three times in a row on wednesday march 7, 2012 starting at 9pm then it will repeat at 10:45pm and  again at 12:30am but it is not listed on the guide. The name of the movie is "playback" with christian slater but what is listed there is "kept" with ice-t from 2001. The movies are not similar at all so there should be no confusion as to why there is a problem with the listing that is on the guide. This is not the first time that this has happened as the last time that it did there was a listing for a movie called roadie that is a new movie that was also one of those free previews but what was listed was a movie called roadie from the 1980s. HD NET movies has the actual schedule of what should be there on their website the guide is pulling bad data. Right now what is listed on the guide on MSG 2 is a basketball game between the new york knicks and the dallas mavericks but what is really on there is a hockey game between the ny rangers and the nj devils. Someone at verizon got canal sur channel 1549 mostly corrected but a couple of probelms still exist. The show that is listed from 9pm-11pm monday, wednesday, thursday and friday is on five days a week where it is not listed on tuesdays where that very same program repeats at 1am-3am the next day. On monday morning from 1am-3am there is no soccer show called futbol en america. What should be there is sin limite from 1a-2:30am and at 2:30am-3am it should be encuentros. Let me also mention that while the associated press widget is now able to launch the problem that exists with it is that all of the stories that are on there are from ferbruary 21 or february 22 where the top stories, world stories, u s stories, sports, entertainment, health, and business stories are all from almost 3 weeks ago. As far as canal sur goes i see that they are adding mexican content to that network which makes no sense since it is a channel that is about south american news not mexico where you already have a bunch of channels from mexico on the guide. The mexican content that is being added is coming at the expense of the peruvian content that is on that channel so  you are going to have a lot of angry customers who have that channel where the very few peruvian shows that are on there are almost all gone. There is a solution to that problem because there is an all peruvian 24/7 channel called canal sur peru that all of your competitors have and you do not. There is also another channel called peru magico too. If you were to add those channels then not only would you be able to match what the competition has but you can also keep customers who will be angry that they are losing that content which is not verizon's fault but the fact that you have not added what everyone else already has in their spanish package is something that will affect how many customers you have and your bottom line too.
