HD channel guide used to show E.S.T.

I've had Fios for more than 5 years.  My  HD channel guide has always displayed Eastern Time Zone programming even tho

I live in P.S.T. zone

(Example: Bravo, Channel 685 showed a 5:00 option for a show that also airs at 8:00 PST).  Disappeared, what

happened?  Did I mess it up somehow?  How can I fix it?  hate waiting to see a program at 9:00 that I could watch at 6;00
