HD or No HD or what?

Somebody please help me understand.  I pay for HD boxes but cannot get HD channels that I pay for.  Example, the Travel Channel and Versus.  Get them but when I try to watch in HD it says I can't.  I pay for HD Boxes, I get standard Travel Channel and Versus (Fox News is another example) so exactly what am I paying for???

How long ago dud you sign up? They changed the plans. Call and change to the extreme hd package. More channels and if you can believe it doesn't cost anymore
