Why is the background music so loud that you cannot clearly understand what the characters are saying. This

is especially true with the McBride mysteries. The music is not even correlated to the action. To truly hear the actors the

volume has to be turned up and the music is so loud that you cannot really listen to the program.

Go to the Menu, then Settings, then Audio. Change the dynamic range. Test the different options to see what sounds the best for you.
