Have an issue with pixelating on 604-Yahoo! 605-Bloomberg and occasionally 656- QVC3. I don't watch 656 often but sometimes it drops all together and I get a help screen - doesn't help.
On Yahoo! & Bloomberg it's pretty much all day and unwatchable. Been about 3 weeks.
Rebooted multiple times, checked connections. 3 TVs, same issue on all 3.
It may happen on other channels that I don't watch...
Forgot 614 Cheddar does the same as as Yahoo!@ & Bloomberg.

Next time you see it happen go to menu>system information, hit enter and look at the SNRs and error counts. If they are bad, you may need a new ONT, or if they are good, there is a probably a transmission issue with those channels. If you can, check with a neighbor to see if they have the same problem. If they do, it's a transmission issue.
I get the pixelation with On Demand. Live tv seems fine... for now.
