Haven’t had full day of TV or WIFi since installation

I had my triple play installed 10 days ago and have had technicians to my home 8 separate times, tomorrow will be the 9th time. TV flips on and off by itself every hour or so. WiFi stops working intermittently. 

Everything has been replaced at this point. 

Haven’t been able to sit down and watch a program uninterrupted
