Help: Can't get favorites in Android app

I have FiOS Internet and TV without DVR functionality.

Just installed the FiOS Mobile Android app.

The app seems to connect to my set-top box correctly - the remote functionality does work.

TV Listings display when I select View Everything, or View HD, or View Live TV.

But if I set the filter to View Favorites, the app displays an error:

NO SET-TOP BOXES

There are no Set-Top Boxes available to perform this action. Error Code: NO_STB

On my settop box, I have configured both Favorites 1 & Favorites 2; how can I enable that filter from the app?
