Help with Subscription Channel

Hi Everyone - hopefully someone can help me.  I recently subscribed to Setanta Sports and it's working fine on two of my boxes.  Our third box was off and unplugged for a few weeks and when I went to turn it back on it came on fine but when I go to Setanta it says I am not subscribed to the channel.  I've turned it on and off and unplugged it to no avail.  The two other boxes are working fine with Setanta.  Can anyone help at all?  Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Why was the box unplugged for that long? Any updates will never reach it. You'll have to call customer service and explain the problem to them so they can enable it for your new subscription channel.
