History Channel online viewing- Wants login, Verizon not listed

I started watching episodes of a History Channel series I missed when it was on air, and found that in order to watch some of them History requires you to log in with your TV provider, and they give a link to do so.  Problem is, Verizon Fios is not shown as one of the particicpating providers, in fact there is only one company to link to shown, and that is Comcast.  Is Verizon going to be participating in this?  I hope so, because History and its related channels have some of the best shows to watch.  Any comments would be appreciated.

Hello,

If you are referring to history.com's full acess videos, here is their FAQ for it:

http://www.history.com/full-access

As mentioned there, there are already full TV episodes of various shows from the History Channel available for viewing online to anyone browsing the site (without the TV subscription verification), which is great because with some TV networks you can only see clips of their shows posted on the web!

If you'd like to recommend/check that Verizon will partipate in History Channel's full access online programming (to view more of History Channel's archived TV episodes ), your suggestion can be made on the 'Idea Exchange' section of the forum where it'll be noticed more by other Verizon community members as well as Verizon employees who can bring up individual ideas to the appropriate teams.

Also, forum members can vote on the posted idea for greater emphasis.

P.S.  Top Gear, American Pickers, Ice Road Truckers (and that swearing fishermen show -- oh wait, that's Deadliest Catch on Discovery) are fairly popular shows in our household.  Smiley Happy
