How can you record a show from your computer?

I'm logged in to My Verizon, but I can't access my tv. Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

Have you enabled Remote DVR on your STB?

If not, with your DVR's remote go to Settings > Remote DVR Access > Web Access.  It will give you a login and confirmation code to use at the TV Central website.

Once you have enabled this you will then need to go to:

http://www.verizon.com/fiostvcentral

Logon with your primary VZ email credentials and then access your DVR and channel guide.  At the channel guide you can hit the record button.

Never done this before, try to record a show at home while away. Saying 'bad gateway". House I'm at has fios too so I don't know if that matters.
