I have checked the Verizon website to order a new IPC1100 STB No place I have found to order a box

Can you be more specific?

Do you currently have a VMS?

IPC only works with VMS.

if so, I would think if you order an additionally HD stb, they will send IPC. You can't intermix legacy and quantum hardware.
