How do I setup sleep timer on FIOS topbox?

I cannot find the sleep timer to set up when my tv turns off when I go to sleep...  can someone please help me...  I am new to FIOS

I have had my STB's ON for years.

This way "updates" can take place during nightime.

I Set up sleep timer from  TV's.
