Whenever I sign in and go to the "Residential" part of the site, it logs me out, makes me log back in, but still will not let me use TV online. It's just a continuous process of being logged out and having to log back in.
P.S. I am trying to use it on my laptop, not the app on my phone. That doesn't work for me either
Try hitting signout then sign back in.
Can you access anything else on your account?
I've tried that before and it still doesn't work.
When I login from the "TV Listings & DVR" it takes me to the My Verizon bill pay page, and then when I click on "Residential" it automatically logs me out and then I go through the process and log in again but it's just a loop.
Tried more than 1 browser?
Tried clearing cache and/or cookies.
