I have been trying to find out how to add a specific channel to my lineup, and I know that means one of the premium packages must be purchased, but I can't find out which one or how to go about it. I have called, and pushed all the buttons (including my own eventually) I tried selecting the channel, and of course I get the message about not being subscribed, and I do what it says to no avail. I have emailed numerous times also, and get weird answers back that have nothing to do with the channels, usually about email....go figure...... Any one know what package the Chiller channel in Carrollton, TX is part of, and how to get some info on it? Thanks for ANY help!

I believe it is in the Extreme HD and Ultimate package. Even if you do not have HD you need one of those packages to get the channel. If you go here and enter your Zipcode where it says enter, the available channel line up will display for your area.

You must have the old Premier package or Prime. You need Extreme HD
