How do you turn off "parental controls"?

I don't have any kids in my house.  It's a minor thing but I really could care less what any of the TV programs are rated.

The only problem is that whenever I go to that setting on the menu, it asks me for a pin number.

How do I get the pin number?

***Update:  After posting this question, I entered the same pin # that I use for accessing my voice mail and that worked.  I'll leave this here because it might help someone.

I appreciate your posting this. I tried my voicemail PIN, and it worked, and I was able to turn off the parental controls (which got set ON on one channel suddenly for no reason). I would not have thought of using the voicemail PIN. Many thanks!
