Had a power outage and the TV set-top box never recovered. I see 8888 displayed then it blinks off and sounds like it resets. The TV says no or week signal.
Tried the online help but once it got past it telling me that there is some problem with my internet connection, even though I'm connected to the website through my FiOS connection. Finally, I was able to find TV hemp and it ran some tests which was useless. The number was for verizon wireless support.
once I was finally found FIOS nonsupport after the constant upselling, WHICH IS A TOTALLY STUPID THING TO DO WHILE SOMEONE IS HAVING A PROBLEM IT TELLS ME THAT SUPPORT IS CLOSED.
