I switched to Verizon several months ago. Since then, the caller ID display does not seem to use stored directory on phone (or Verizon site). Since I changed cordless phone from Sony to Uniden because of WIFI interference, I am not sure whether Vrizon service is not as good as that of Comcast, or, the problem is Uniden phone. If the latter is the cause, is anyone recommend a good phone or two?
