Hub error

Have others received a hub error while watching an HD recording via multi-room DVR?  We've unplugged the DVR box; we've unplugged the main plug.  Is there another fix?  We don't get this error on non-HD TVs or channels.  When we originally got the DVR 4.5 years ago you couldn't watch a recorded show from another HD box in the house.  I understand this is an update in the last year or so.  Just wondering if there is a new fix or if anyone else has experienced this problem.  thank you!

Fios TV has only been around three and a half years, so you couldn't have had it four and a half. The Hub errors are a known bug which we all are hoping Verizon will fix soon.

pardon my error.  I've been in my house for 4.5 years and was then converted over. thanks for the info.

yeah you dont need to unplug it, just hit the power button on the remote, and then power back on after its been off for about 30 sec.
