The only reason I pay for Verizon FIOS HD channels is to watch the Washington Capitals hockey games in HD, which is shown on Comcast Sportsnet HD. I can view the standard definitions Comcast Sportsnet channel, but the HD one won't work. It definitely worked last season, about 6 months ago, but hasn't worked at all recently. The channel tells me to call the customer service number, which has lead me to speak to an automated representative resetting the box in 3 different ways twice, as well as human representatives doing the same thing multiple times, without any results. The representatives all tell me that the channel is part of my package and that it should be working, but they always end up running out of possible solutions to fix this problem. I am not one to complain, but this channel really is only reason I want to pay for HD television and it hasn't worked in months, so I feel like I am wasting my money, and I'm running out of ideas for fixing this issue. I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this problem, but I thought I'd give it a shot.

I've also had problems recently with CSN HD - as a matter of fact, the logo for it doesn't even show anymore. The channel works sometimes, doesn't work others and sometimes partially works (i.e. lots of pixelating). I also called the suggested number, had various box resets, with no results. It's been acting better more recently, so I haven't bothered calling again, but the logo is still not there. Weird.

That's really strange. I haven't noticed any problems in VHO9 on either CSN HD or CSN+ HD.

VHO04 here... also weird that CSN+ HD shows its logo, but still not CSN - either SD or HD. There's something wrong somewhere. But right now the CSN HD signal is fine.

Watching the Caps game tonight, and there's lots of hesitation and pixelation on the HD channel. I think there must be a signal strength problem with CSN HD for some reason. What else would explain only having this problem on one channel?
