I changed the fios channel from 3 to 4 I CAN NOT OPEN ANYTHING OR RETURN TO MENU. HOW can I change my SET UP BOX BACK TO CHANNEL 3 I CAN NOT ACCESS THE MENU TO CHANGE SETTINGS, NOTHING APPEARS.

What model box do you have?

Have you tried changing TV to channel 4?
