IPC1100 Cable Box Question

We recently got an IPC1100 cable box. My son is complaning that the LED numbers are too bright at night. Does the display have any adjustments to dim the lights (other than covering it with a box which is what he is doing).

Using the remote control select:

Menu > Settings > System > Media Client Settings > LED Brightness > OK.

That will let you select Low/Normal/High.   Select Low, press OK, and exit.

In addition, you can set the display to go off if you turn the box off.
