IPC1100 Setup using 720p projector component cable

I am updating to quantum TV and having issues getting a projector to work with the IPC1100.  Initial setup went fine just like the HDMI tvs but once it gets to the watch TV at the end the video output disappears.  If I unplug the IPC1100 and it goes through initialization I see the various splash screens and see a couple seconds of TV and then it disappears again.  If I run a HDMI cable to the projector to appears to work fine. However I dont have a permanent HDMI cable to the projector and dont want to run one. The IPC1100 appears to stop sending output to the component cable. How do I configure it to use the component output? I have set the output resolution to 720p which is the best configuration for the projector.  Neither 480i, 720p or 1080i work.

So are you trying to run HDMI and component at the same time (one to projector and one to TV)?
