ISSUES with FXHD and PARAMNTHHD

I have been trying to resolve issues with FXHD AND PARAMNTH HD to no avial. They are on my subscribed channel list and when I try to open each one I get the message that these are temporarily unavailble and it continue to provide me the steps to try and resolve the problem. I don't know what else to do, I have no problem/issues with any other HD channels?  Verison hasn't a clue and I do get the FX and PARAMNTH SD channels no problem.  Does anyone else have this problem? Has it been resolved? Any and all suggestions welcomed.  Thanks
