The TV listings channel guide information is completely incorrect for NBC10 Boston (channels 10 and 510) both via the set top box and the iPhone FiOS TV app (it shows the program information for a Spanish station instead). Is there any way to get this corrected? It screws up DVR recording for NBC shows.

It has been fixed through Friday 10/18 only. As of 10/19/2019 it’s back to Spanish language information.

The problem seems to have returned. Not only that, but if you tune into channel 10, it will go to channel 514, which is Telemundo. And the logo on channel 510 is wrong, but it does show the correct program information.

Channel 10 is wrong again (Spanish channel information), while 510 has the correct shows but the DVR didn't record shows on 10 while it's messed up. Oct-29-2019 10:11pm

Also messed up for me. Channel 10 isn't recording previously set shows because of the Spanish programming it says it is showing. Not thrilled at the moment.

I’m having this same problem, the channel guide for 510 is showing the correct programs (in English) but the actual channel logo is wrong and none of the programming recorded that I set to record

The last time this happened I got it fixed by using Twitter to DM @verizonfios about it. I just notified them again.

Having the same issue as of 10-30-2019 at 7:45pm. Entering in "10" on the remote is also resolving to HD channel 514 instead of HD channel 510.
